Approval Process Manager

Disney Interactive Studios are looking for a Product Approval Manager to join the toys creative team. Although working in the creative team, this will be more of a project management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the approval administration team, making sure all submissions are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Execute the approval process for designated licensees. Share all submissions with interested parties, before replying with a consolidated feedback.
- Set up new licensees with access to all the required Disney systems (OPA, Style Guides, dcp.com etc.
- Deal with any internal/external OPA queries/problems.
- Manage artwork distribution to licensees.
- Manage the samples library/office product for designated licensees.
- Execute and manage the music approval process.
- Execute and manage the TV commercial approval process.
- Act as the Toys Creative contact person for selected XLOB activities.
