Based in central London, and founded in 2007 by successful casual and mobile games veterans, my client is a social games company that develops and publishes video games on social networks.

They are currently working on combining the best elements of casual games, social networks, MMOGs and virtual worlds to create entirely new, more social ways of enjoying great games together.

As a Producer, you will be part of the product team creating social games and the supporting community products surrounding the games.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Manage communication with external contractors

• Manage communication with 3rd party licensors

• Analyse post-launch performance of products and provide input to maximise revenue and distribution

• Understand and disseminate consumer behaviour in social networks

• Work closely with business development teams to identify and develop advertising and revenue opportunities in products

• Understand and contribute to overall company goals, as well as sales and marketing requirements.

The requirements for this position are:

• Excellent analytical, facilitation and organizational skills required

• Previous experience as a Producer, Product Manager or Associate Producer

• Comfortable working in both internal and externally facing situations

• Be self-motivated, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Ability to work and communicate well with Production, Marketing, and Engineering staff

• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential

• Passion for games of any kind

The following would also be advantageous:

• Economics degree or work experience

• Experience from MMOs, online multiplayer games and virtual economies

• Experience working with social networks or online communities.
