Responsibilities

•Act as central communication hub between management, team and customer

•Create and maintain the project plan through the entire projects life cycle

•Direct, motivate and manage the people

•Identifies, manages and minimizes risks

•Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project

•Apply and advance the project standards and methodologies

Requirements

•Project management skills

•Excellent communication skills in English

•Knowledge about game development processes, workflows and tools

•Avid gamer with a good sense for gameplay mechanics, difficulty, usability

•Hands-on team player with willingness to learn and work on building up studio structures

Additional Features

•French and/or Dutch language skills

•Ability to sanity-check time estimations

•Interest in / knowledge of tools of other professions (Compilers, Graphics, Build tools etc.)

•Sense for art styles

•Takes an active part in improving our processes and company culture

•Presentation skills
