Assistant Producer

Our highly successful client is seeking an Assistant Producer to work closely with the Senior Producer and Production staff to manage projects across the software, research and game development teams of the company. Working under the supervision of a Senior Producer, the Assistant Producer is responsible for project support and reporting and general day to day project management duties, whilst also assisting in the continual improvement of the production department and its core functions (e.g. planning, resourcing, reporting, risks and issue management, process and structure).
The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience and looking for a real opportunity to move into a demanding production role within a company creating next-generation animation technology for games/VFX as well as building a world class internal games division. The Assistant Producer will have a good concept of the full software and/or game development lifecycle and have commercial experience of project planning, milestones and working to time scales.
