Front End Artist - 5 Month Contract

My client is the world's leading independent developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software for advanced entertainment systems such as the PlayStation 2/3 computer entertainment systems, Xbox and Xbox 360 video game consoles from Microsoft, the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo Wii, as well as the personal computer and internet.
They have an opening for a contract Front End Artist to work alongside our internal development team on a popular Book/Film franchise. The contract starts at the beginning of March 2010 for five months.
They are looking for a Front End Artist with demonstrable experience in the gaming industry, preferably with experience working on PS3, XBOX 360, Wii & PC platforms. Ideally contractors will have shipped a number of titles previously on these platforms.
·Strong, demonstrable, interaction design,typography and motion graphics skills
- Strong, demonstrable Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Experience in Maya and 3D techniques desirable
